A grieving therapist begins telling his clients exactly what he thinks
Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge changes in people’s lives, including his own. The cast of “Shrinking” share their best character-defining moments in season one and reveal who has the best Harrison Ford impression. When Brett Goldstein, Jason Segel and Bill Lawrence were asked how they convinced Harrison Ford to be on the show, Segel said Goldstein originally wanted a “Harrison Ford type” and would audition people who looked like Ford.

Segel told Goldstein they should have at least introduced him to Ford first, thinking he would have turned it down immediately, but at least other people would have heard that Harrison Ford was brought in, which would have piqued the interest of other famous actors. Eventually, Goldstein talked to Ford and convinced him to play the part. Goldstein still doesn’t understand what he did to convince him, but he was elated nonetheless.
I actually really liked Shrinking
It’s about a grieving therapist (Jason Segal) who has had enough and starts telling his patients exactly what he really thinks of them. What follows is a really funny series that will have you laughing out loud. The best part of the show is the interactions between Segal’s character and Harrison Ford’s.
I can’t wait to see more of this!
This show has only received great reviews for a reason. This show will undoubtedly be up for all sorts of awards and rightfully so. It must be good because it has already gotten an early renewal for a second season.
